The UK Greens. Not ours. Not that a regular Bolt-reader would know the difference.

Anyway, stupidly low speed limits and increasingly inflexible and harsh penalties for breaking them regardless of the road situation are a Law Norder issue, and Andy'll be pushing the metaphorical uphill if he thinks his readers are going to accept a nuanced argument on the subject now. WHY WON'T YOU THINK OF THE CHILDREN?!
